These rates exclude materials and are subject to VAT.
Minimum time per appointment is 1 hour. After the first hour, we will charge in half-hourly increments.
No surprises: Once the works have been fully assessed the engineer can provide an estimate so that there isn’t any surprises.
Detailed report: We will complete a detailed report, which will capture precisely what was done during our visit, so that you have a formal record of the project and of the associated costs.
Payment: Payment is to be made in full to the engineer . We accept credit/debit cards, cash or BACS.
Free written estimates: We can provide free written estimates for major works. Major works include; boiler installations, and whole system upgrades.
Material collection for non-stock items: With so many makes, models and manufacturers on the market it is not always possible to guarantee that we have all relevant parts in stock. Where material collection is required for non-stock items (e.g. boiler parts), we will keep this to a minimum and will not exceed 45 minutes at the current hourly rate for that service. If any parts need to be specially ordered in, we may not be able to complete the works on the same day and may require a return visit. When specialist items need to be ordered in and collected ahead of a return visit, a fixed £40+vat material collection fee will apply. This fee can be removed if you are willing to collect the items yourself or have them delivered to you direct.
Parking: Parking, congestion charge and ULEZ costs incurred may be billable (if applicable).
